Public records, organised into an answer.
Everything in a HealthDeed report already exists in a government database somewhere. The work is finding it, joining it to your address, and being honest about how precise it actually is.
Enter an address
We resolve it to a precise location and its census tract. If the address only resolves to a ZIP-code area, we tell you that on the report rather than pretending otherwise.
We query the records live
Seven government sources are checked at once: EPA facility and Superfund proximity, EPA drinking-water compliance, FEMA flood zone, EPA radon zones, live air monitors, and CDC tract-level health data. A source that fails is shown as a gap, not skipped quietly.
You get a score and the reasoning
Six categories, each with a confidence level saying whether its data is measured at your property, at your tract, or only at state level. State-level indicators are shown as context and left out of the score entirely.
Act on it
The full report adds every indicator in depth, questions written for the specific findings at your address, estimated mitigation costs, and a PDF you can hand to your agent or inspector.
